Our Founder

Libby Roos, a Health Education Psychologist, is the founder of Craving Changes, a Christian women's ministry focusing on how to make faith a powerful force for change in life. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, a Master's Degree in Health Education Psychology and is near finishing her doctorate in the same. Libby's focus has been on how individuals change destructive lifestyle habits and adopt habits for healthier living; a restructuring process resulting in lasting change for good.

Through her extensive study, Libby has developed the "Lifestyle Habits of Efficient, Healthy Women" seminar series and the "Mind Gardening Lifestyle Planner";she introduces this simple, strategic, daily life changing process in her seminars and publications. Studying and applying the concepts she presents results in a powerful reconstruction of daily living, developing focus which brings the individual into harmony with their most important life purposes.

Seminars authored by Libby have been shared at numerous Women's Retreats, Professional Business Women's Organizations, Michigan State University's Women Matter Conference, Andrew's University's Seminary Wives Retreat and Central Michigan University's Wellness Weekend for Women. Libby's consuming interest is to see women's lives transformed by the renewing of their minds (Romans 12:2).
